All over the world, the very serious problem of access to clean water exists. Thankfully, there is CAWST, teaching people how to get safe drinking water and sanitation using simple, affordable technologies. But, this organization’s previous brand needed reworking to reflect its evolution over the years.


The organization wanted to be known by its acronym rather than its full name, so we focused on the “C”, and worked to convey a water drop within that shape. The colour gradient references water treatment – dirty water to clean water.


This new identity also adapts well to digital environments where clarity is paramount.
