Calgary Arts Foundation is a registered charity that was created to generate support for Calgary’s arts sector. It’s particularly interested in finding ways to engage people and businesses who believe in the power of the arts to change lives and make our city a better place, but do not want to select a specific arts organization or individual to support. 

Our logo for the Calgary Arts Foundation pays homage to Calgary Arts Development’s while being distinct from it. It incorporates the same concept of connectedness along with the (”expanding the…) circle motif, but differs in that while CAD draws its support from the City, and the CAD logo needs to represent a single City of Calgary entity (red colour and font restrictions), the CAF logo is made more diverse and reflects the many people who CAF will draw its support from.
