Partners Development Group is a home builder focused on thoughtful, community-centred and environmentally responsible development. Previous to our involvement, Partners had an outdated brand that did not reflect its essence, nor work well in the digital space. They also needed a system for applying sub-branding to individual developments, which was lacking at the time.
Along with Claudia Aguirre of Lemonade Strategy + Branding, we worked with Partners on a complete rebrand.
The full process included a brand audit, discovery, competitive analysis, the development of a new visual identity, and finally marketing materials. These materials included a brand story document, brand guidelines, stationery, sell sheets, and signage.
Additionally we created a visual and typographic system that would clearly connect future developments with the overarching Partnerts brand.
