Partners Development Group is a home builder focused on healthy living and thoughtful, environmentally responsible development. Previous to our involvement, this business had an outdated brand that did not reflect its essence or work well in the digital space. In addition, Partners required a systematic approach to creating sub brands so that projects would look to be a part of the overall Partners brand, which was not the case at that time. Along with Claudia Aguirre of Lemonade Strategy + Branding, we worked with Partners on a complete rebrand.
The full process included: brand audit, discovery, competitive analysis, the development of a new visual identity, and, marketing materials.
Those materials included documents for internal use, such as a brand story document, a brand guidelines document, and stationery. We also designed external communications materials, such as templates for sell sheets and signage.
Finally, for Partner’s development projects, we created a visual and typographic system that would clearly connect with the overarching brand.
