Visual Identity, Website and Communication Materials
The YYC Food Collaborative brings organizations together to address household food insecurity in a coordinated, intentional, immediate response. They came to us for a visual identity and subsequent materials to help them build awareness.
The logo consists of parts coming together, reminiscent of the seeds inside a fruit. Not only does this connect with the topic of food, but it also communicates different sector organizations coming together, and helps us highlight the four main types of activities they undertake (connecting, advocating, generating ideas and mobilizing knowledge).
Vibrant colours matched with a powerful black—and a flat graphic style—effectively express the idea of collective power and an action-oriented approach across supporting materials, including reports and a website.
