Partners Development Group is a home builder focused on healthy living and thoughtful, environmentally responsible development. Previous to our involvement, this business had an outdated brand that did not reflect its essence or work well in the digital space. In addition, Partners required a systematic approach to creating sub-brands so that any projects would look to belong to the overall brand, which was not the case at that time.

We worked with Partners on a complete rebrand along with Claudia Aguirre of Lemonade Strategy + Branding. The full process included: brand audit, discovery, competitive analysis, the development of a new visual identity, and, marketing materials. We created several documents for internal use, such as a brand story document, a brand guidelines document and stationery. We then designed external communications materials, such as templates and business cards, and folders with inserts.

Additionally, we came up with a system for the visuals of development projects that would instantly connect with the overarching Partners brand.
