The Alberta College of Art and Design’s 2012 – 2020 Strategic Plan for the Future laid out the school’s long-term goals. In printed form, we love how the paper (textured much like watercolour paper) reproduced the imagery with vibrancy—proving that paper made of 100 post consumer content can look great. Since the page count was fairly low (by most report standards), we choose an extra heavy weight for the inside pages. Not only did the smaller book feel more substantial as a result, but the weight lends a feeling of craftsmanship that connects with the school.
